Why Community Hospital Now Offers Onsite Childcare to Staff

Access to affordable child care has long been a challenge in the U.S. for working parents, a situation made more difficult recently by the end of federal assistance for child care programs included in the American Rescue Plan. Lack of child care can limit employment opportunities for many parents, which also affects the overall workforce.

Ron & Joyce Allred Endorse the Telluride Medical Center Foundation

After meeting with the Telluride Medical Center Foundation (TMCF) and Telluride Regional Medical Center (TMC), Ron and Joyce Allred presented the foundation with a check for $50,000 to support and sustain the medical center. They also endorsed the mill levy initiative coming to voters in November, and the effort to build a new medical facility at Society Turn.
