Brenda Brokamp, RN

Regional Care Coordinator, Community Care Alliance

Brenda Brokamp, RN, is a Regional Care Coordinator for the Community Care Alliance. In this position, Brenda is responsible for the growth and maintenance of the Care Coordination Programs for selected facilities.

Brenda was born and raised in Worland, WY. She moved to Aspen in 1999 and currently lives part time in Grand Junction, Colorado. Brenda has worked in healthcare her entire adult life. She started at Wyoming Medical Center in 1989 and graduated from nursing school in 1996, while raising four small children and working nights. Phew! Brenda has worked in clinic and hospital settings, including Med/Surg, Labor & Delivery, and as House Supervisor. She spent two summers as head camp nurse at her son’s sports camp in Massachusetts, and most recently worked as a Medicaid RN Care Coordinator for Rocky Mountain Health Plans.

Brenda married her husband in 2000 and has five children and one grandchild. She is passionate about animal rescue and always has one or two foster dogs or cats in the mix. Her goal is to buy and live on 40 acres so she can save all the dogs. Brenda loves travel and has a special place in her heart for Nicaragua. She looks forward to traveling to Egypt next. Brenda also enjoys camping, hiking, yoga, and taking part in everything Western Colorado has to offer.

Brenda is thrilled to be contributing to the transformation of healthcare in rural Western Colorado.
