Wendy Pagels

Care Navigator

Wendy Pagels is a Care Navigator for the Community Care Alliance. In this role, Wendy supports patients through care coordination by connecting them with health and community resources, facilitating communication across the care team, and helping remove barriers to care.

Wendy has spent her career in healthcare including pharmacy, OB/GYN, and most recently serving as the NICU Coordinator at Children’s Hospital Colorado, where she was honored to support patients and their families through some of life’s most important moments. Wendy loves building relationships, solving problems, and helping others navigate even the most complicated situations with compassion and a smile.

Outside of work, she is a proud wife to her childhood sweetheart, and a delighted mom of two teenage daughters. When she is not cheering them on, you’ll usually find her creating cakes for her small bakery, getting lost in a DIY project, or planning her family’s next adventure. Wendy believes a little kindness, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humor are all one really needs. Well, that – and if it comes in pink, she wants it!
