Pioneers Medical Center has been awarded $1,204,379 through Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program to expand after-hours prescription access, modernize pharmacy services, and strengthen telehealth and remote patient monitoring for residents of Rio Blanco County and surrounding communities.
