Western Healthcare Alliance (WHA) and Healthcare Management (HCM) are excited to announce that Pilar Mank is our new Administrative Director of Operations and Member Support.

As many of you are aware, Pilar has been a dedicated resource for members for over 15 years. Her passion for rural healthcare and commitment to our members and clients has been well demonstrated through her tireless, ‘can do’ work ethic. She joined our team in 2007 and has over 30 years of customer service experience.

She has spent the past 18 years in healthcare as an Admissions Manager, PFS Director, Consultant and Trainer on Admissions, Customer Service, and Upfront Collections and Charity.

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with our owners, members, and clients to improve our revenue cycle services,” said Pilar. “I’m honored to be in this new role and look forward to what the future brings.”

In her new role, Pilar will oversee all HCM departments, including A-1 Collection Agency, AR Services, Customer Support, and the Central Business Office.

She will continue to oversee seven WHA Peer Network groups, as well as oversight for the remaining groups to ensure consistency for members. Additionally, she will continue to provide outreach services to increase member awareness for WHA programs and connecting members to needed resources.
