Mt. San Rafael Hospital Awarded $1.3 Million Through Colorado Rural Health Transformation Program
Mt. San Rafael Hospital has been awarded more than $1.3 million through Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program to upgrade, transform, streamline and expand its delivery of care models to improve overall patient care, safety and outcomes, reduce barriers to care and align its available technology resources to ensure the organization meets the evidence-based diversity of care required by the Las Animas County population.
