Montrose Regional Health will open its new Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery Center on Jan. 8, 2026, at the Ambulatory Care Center, 3330 S. Rio Grande Ave., Suite 220, in Montrose. The clinic will be led by board-certified plastic surgeon Hunter Oliver-Allen, M.D.
