Middle Park Health Awarded $7,259,899 Through Colorado Rural Health Transformation Program
Kremmling Memorial Hospital District, doing business as Middle Park Health, has been awarded $7,259,899 through Colorado’s Rural Health Transformation Program. The award will support a coordinated set of Year One projects designed to strengthen access to care, workforce stability, clinical quality, technology and data infrastructure, and the long-term sustainability of healthcare services for rural and frontier communities served by Middle Park Health.
