Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC), a d/b/a of the Upper San Juan Health Service District, covers 1800 square miles of rural mountainous terrain. Located in Archuleta County in southwest Colorado, PSMC is a Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic offering the only ambulance and state-of-the-art hospital services.
Additional services providing first class patient care include orthopedic and general surgery, cancer care services, physical therapy, cardiology, neurology, women’s health, interventional pain management, general and orthopedic surgery, integrated behavioral health, lab, and radiology. Primary Care offers same day appointments and walk-ins 5 days a week.
