Jennifer is the Director of Operations for Healthcare Management. In this role, Jennifer leads initiatives focused on improving efficiencies, enhancing client experience, developing organizational policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. She oversees both AR Services and A-1 Collection Agency teams providing revenue recovery services to rural and community hospitals, physician groups, and more. Jennifer joined the team in 2011 as a collector in A-1 Collection Agency and has advanced through several leadership positions. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Pensacola Christian College. She is passionate about partnering with healthcare organizations to strengthen their financial health while preserving positive patient relationships and supporting the communities they serve.
