Ginette Sebenaler, CRCR, CHFP

Chief Financial Officer

Ginette serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Western Healthcare Alliance and its affiliated companies, where she oversees the organization’s financial matters and is a trusted resource for members.

Ginette’s extensive background includes senior-executive level, hands-on experience in finance, administration, information systems, human resources and working with Board of Directors, banks and attorneys, in diverse industries including fixed-based operation, healthcare and privately held companies. She has a proven ability to improve financial reporting processes by creating efficiencies throughout accounting functions and policies to improve internal controls. Ginette directly impacted profitability through financial management, cost reductions, information systems improvements and staff development.

Ginette is the owner of Key CFO Solutions, LLC, a company focused on providing CFO expertise to entities in a multitude of industries with special proficiency in healthcare. She started her company after serving as the CFO at Aspen Valley Hospital (AVH), where she was responsible for oversight finances and management of building facilities. Ginette joined AVH in 2004 as the Controller in the Finance Department and was subsequently promoted to Associate CFO before being named CFO in 2016. When she began working at AVH, Ginette was part of the team that stabilized the organization’s finances in a time of economic uncertainty. As a member of the executive team, she helped lead AVH through the COVID-19 pandemic and with the adoption of Epic, the nation’s largest and most sophisticated electronic healthcare records system.

Prior to joining AVH, she worked as the CFO for two privately held firms in the Roaring Fork Valley after working in the corporate tax departments at The Quaker Oats Company and Tellabs, Inc., two multinational corporations based in Illinois.

Ginette has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and is both a certified public accountant and a certified healthcare financial professional.
