First Physicians Graduate from Montrose Regional Health’s Medical Leadership Program
Montrose Regional Health launched the program in 2025 to provide physicians with leadership development in areas that are not traditionally emphasized in medical training. The inaugural cohort completed more than 100 contact hours focused on individual engagement and well-being, communication and conflict resolution, systems thinking and strategy development, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and other leadership skills.
