Community Hospital to Break Ground on Grand Valley Primary Care-Palisade in Partnership with the Town of Palisade

The Town of Palisade and Community Hospital will break ground on a new primary care and acute care clinic on Tuesday, September 13 at 6:00 pm. The groundbreaking ceremony for the new 6,700 square foot building will take place at 731 Iowa Avenue, in the construction lot just west of the Palisade Fire Station.
