Aspen Valley Health’s CHRO Shares Plans to Launch New Emerging-leader Program in 2027
Aspen Valley worked with an outside consultant in late 2025 to define six leadership competencies and is using 2026 to build a program around them for a 2027 launch. The organization plans to reach potential leaders earlier through a new emerging-leader group that includes supervisors, leads, lab section leads and charge nurses.
