Roechele Martinez, RN, BSN is a Regional Care Coordinator for the Community Care Alliance (CCA). In this role, Roechele is responsible for the growth and maintenance of the Care Coordination Programs at selected facilities. Roechele’s journey in education began with earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in K-12 Education and Administration. For 17 rewarding years, she dedicated herself to teaching and coaching, nurturing young minds and supporting students in their growth both inside and outside the classroom. Throughout this time, Roechele developed a deep passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Seeking a new challenge and a way to serve others more directly, Roechele made the decision to change careers and pursue nursing. She began her nursing career working in high-risk labor and delivery, where she supported mothers and their newborns during some of the most critical moments of their lives. Roechele then expanded her experience to pediatrics and later worked in a skilled nursing facility, caring for patients with diverse needs and helping them improve their quality of life. Outside of her professional life, Roechele is a proud wife and mom of two wonderful boys. She cherishes spending time with my family and friends, whether they are traveling, enjoying the beach, camping, listening to music, or learning new things together. These moments bring Roechele joy and balance, fueling her commitment to her work and personal growth. Roechele looks forward to continuing her nursing career by helping patients reach their health goals, providing compassionate care, and making a meaningful difference in their lives every day.
