Megan Marshall is a Care Navigator for the Community Care Alliance. In this role, Megan supports patients through care coordination by connecting them with health and community resources, facilitating communication across the care team, and helping remove barriers to care. Megan has over 10 years of experience working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She began her career in a high-volume community pharmacy and then transitioned to the inpatient pharmacy at HCA HealthOne Swedish, a level one trauma center. There she learned all aspects of hospital pharmacy but found her specialty in sterile compounding. Although she loved helping patients through her work, she missed connecting with them on a more personal level. After witnessing how a lack of mental health resources impacted both patients and healthcare workers alike, she felt called towards the mental health field and decided to pursue her degree. In 2026, she graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She hopes to soon earn a master’s degree to become a licensed mental health therapist one day. In the meantime, she is grateful for the opportunity to connect with patients to ensure their voices are heard and that they receive the best quality of care possible. Megan grew up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and now lives in Denver with her husband and their 20-pound rat terrier/cattle dog mix. Together they love traveling, exploring the outdoors, hiking, biking, and paddle boarding. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, reading, yoga, water aerobics, and going to thrift stores.
