Marnell Bradfield is the Executive Director of Community Care Alliance, a rural, provider-led clinically integrated network focused on advancing value-based care across Colorado. In her role, she works at the intersection of strategy and operations—leading efforts that span payer contracting, care coordination, data and analytics, and network development. What makes Marnell’s work unique is her focus on building sustainable, community-driven models for rural healthcare. She is currently leading the development of a broader, statewide network designed to support independent hospitals and providers in value-based care while preserving local autonomy. Her work includes aligning multiple payer models, designing network-wide infrastructure, and exploring innovative funding strategies to support long-term transformation. Marnell brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare, with a background that includes clinical care as a registered respiratory therapist, leadership roles in hospital operations, and experience working within a commercial payer. She holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Transformation from the University of Texas at Austin and is certified in both healthcare quality and risk management.
