Join us on February 10, 2012 for the Hit It Out of the Park: How to Get Unbelievable Performance Out of Your Remarkable Team Leadership Academy class at the DoubleTree Hotel in Grand Junction.  Geoff Kaufmann will teach students the skills they need to get the most out of their teams and how to measure the effectiveness of their teams. Students will review and discuss case studies of organizations that have been successful in taking teams to the next level.

Geoff Kaufmann, FACHE, is the CEO of the North Central Blood Services Region of the American Red Cross. He has over 34 years experience in operations, business development, strategic planning, marketing and physician relations. He speaks frequently as national healthcare forums and serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Minnesota in the Master's Program in Health Care Administration and the University of St. Thomas. He is also active in national healthcare associations and corporate boards. Geoff received his undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and his Masters from the University of Chicago.
